Add loop at line 165 to check for "$password.auc.threshold.bed" file length. If length==0, skip calculating mean region length and set "$mean" to 0
Add loop at line 102 to determine whether frame$diff contains nonzero entries. If nonzero entries don't exist, skip the code block from line 104-125.
