I accidentally deleted the part for elrs 4.x... This will put it back in!

Reinserted the part for ELRS version 4 On my TX16S MK3 it apparently seems to work!!! |

1st attempt to adapt the widget for high resolution screens of the TX16S mk3 radio.
Try it and tell me if it works well for you (tested only in simulator)
