Adds the Homebrew
monitorcontrolcask to the unconditional macOS desktop packages so every Mac gets external display brightness and volume controls.Validation: chezmoi apply --dry-run passed on macOS; rendered Homebrew script includes MonitorControl and passes bash -n; git diff --check passed. Shellcheck was unavailable locally; no shell scripts changed.
