[ND 4.x] Track GPO security module delivery

Summary

Track the completion and integration of the Nexus Dashboard 4.x GPO/security modules implemented in draft PR #343.

PR #343 introduces the shared Manage API security endpoint, models, orchestrator, module utility, four Ansible modules, and unit-test coverage. This issue provides one delivery-level tracker while retaining the existing module-specific issues.

Work to complete

• Confirm the four module contracts against the applicable Nexus Dashboard 4.x Manage APIs.
• Complete module documentation and usable examples.
• Document the supported Ansible states and any intentional exceptions.
• Complete unit and integration coverage, including idempotency and failure handling where applicable.
• Evaluate alignment with Phase 1 shared behavior such as config_actions, resource-level deploy, and staged configuration where applicable.
• Address review comments and dependencies identified on PR nd_interface_security_* GPO Modules #343.
• Add the required changelog fragment and complete final review and merge.
• Reconcile the four existing module issues with the final PR scope before closing them.

Acceptance criteria

• All four modules have reviewed argument specifications, documentation, examples, and meaningful tests.
• Supported states and deployment behavior are clearly documented.
• Applicable Phase 1 shared contracts are implemented or recorded as intentional exclusions.
• PR nd_interface_security_* GPO Modules #343 or its approved successor is merged.
• Issues [ND 4.2+] Add Security Groups Module #329, [ND 4.2+] Add Security Groups Associations Module #330, [ND 4.2+] Add Security Groups Protocols Module #331, and [ND 4.2+] Add Security Groups Contracts Module #332 are updated with their final implementation disposition.
