ubuntu-26.04 is a valid GitHub-hosted runner image (confirmed by the E2E Linux job running successfully on it), but actionlint v1.7.12 does not yet include it in its known-labels list. Configure the self-hosted-runner allowlist so actionlint stops flagging it as unknown. actionlint v1.7.12 does not include ubuntu-26.04 in its hardcoded GitHub-hosted runner label list. The runner is valid (released April 2026) but the actionlint database lags new GitHub runner releases. self-hosted-runner.labels in .actionlint.yaml cannot help here — that config only applies when `self-hosted` appears in the runs-on list. The correct fix is ACTION_ACTIONLINT_ARGUMENTS with -ignore to suppress the specific false-positive error until MegaLinter ships a newer actionlint.
