Digital Accessibility - Color Palettes and more

Presently, the color palette is not colorblind friendly for those who are green or blue colorblind. I think it is worth discussing how we make sure all of the CMAP color palettes are colorblind friendly for all forms of colorblindness. Additionally, it is worth considering how cmapplot allows for alt text and screen reader capabilities. We should explore how we can ensure our packages allow for complete digital accessibility.

This should probably be wrapped in with the ongoing discussion around the new CMAP palette going on in issue #138

Regarding accessibility, alt text is natively supported through the alt parameter in the ggplot2::labs function. However, the general outputs of ggplot2 are image files which do not natively support alt text. Alt text is added in HTML (or Shiny), which is not a part of cmapplot's functionality.
