This PR adds a new stable version of the Docker BioContainer with the RSAT suite, which ships with the code corresponding to tag 2025-03-26 in source repo (https://github.com/rsa-tools/rsat-code). Accordingly, the Dockerfile now contains LABEL software.version="2025-03-26".
