Should `-` as destination for extracting to stdout work?

This was an idea at the very beginning of bush, I'm afraid no one tests this and it would surprise me if it actually works. I'm pretty sure it doesn't, especially with the whole archive extraction logic. What do we want to do with this feature and how should it behave? We need to decided something for this and act accordingly. cc @BestPig
