In crazy taxi; "GO" sign, dollar sign upon a client and the directionnal GPS arrow appears white

Any idea why does that GO texture ( fmt=2 → ARGB4444 ) appears RED in any emulator but White in NullDC4Wii ? Same for the arrow and dollar signs ?
I'm pretty sure I did the good palette association because anything else is fine

i think it is colored by vertex color
are the texenvs correctly implemented?
