Create abstraction for generic "Java VM workload discovery" from existing Spring workload discovery

• The current codebase is hard-coded to perform discovery of Spring Boot workloads.
• Issues Create separate, not-modular, program to do the work for WLS #4, Create separate, not-modular, program to do the work for tWAS #5, Create separate, not-modular, program to do the work for JBoss EAP #6 create down-stream forks of this code to perform discovery of WLS, tWAS, and JBoss EAP workloads.
• This issue requests the creation of an abstraction so that all four of these varieties of workload discovery can be accommodated.
