Unify generation notifications across Studio

Summary

• replace the native clipping size alert with English, styled error notifications and a strict 100 MB client limit
• use a shared generation queue that keeps up to three independent notifications visible across Studio navigation
• standardize successful generation notifications with an Open action
• connect Image, Video, Clipping, Vibe Motion, Lip Sync, Body Swap, Cinema, Audio, Marketing, AI Influencer, Workflows, and Design Agent events
• update the Design Agent and Vibe Workflow submodules to their linked notification commits
