BIM Coordinator · MEP BIM Specialist · Revit Automation Developer Doha, Qatar · ajmalps.com · LinkedIn · ajmalnattika@gmail.com
I have spent 10+ years delivering MEP BIM in Qatar, on airports, petrochemical plants, schools, towers and mixed-use projects, on both the consultant and the contractor side. HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting and water supply.
The part that sets my work apart is what happens around the model. I build the automation my team runs on.
My in-house Revit add-in suite, built in C# and pyRevit, packaged with its own installer so the whole drafting team runs the same version of the same tools. It started as AutoLISP routines to stop repeating drafting work by hand and grew into a full suite: sheet setup, parameter management, duct tools, clash helpers, model QA and family building.
An AI agent that carries out real Revit modelling work on a live, open model. A Node.js MCP connector links the agent straight into the Revit session, so it reads and edits real elements, parameters and views instead of only describing them.
- 9 task workflows, from HVAC air terminal layout to sprinkler spacing checks against NFPA 13
- 267 reusable Revit API C# fragments, compile-checked against the real API
- 23 knowledge documents the agent reads before it acts
