Change sampling of tube network mesh to handle dome ends
Changet ellipsoid parameters for element counts, axes lengths and axes thicknesses to lists
Test ellipsoids with shell
Fix dome indexing for different minor box count. Fix wholebody left/right/dorsal/ventral
Correct ellipsoid mesh merge for more than 2 parameters.
Future plan index n1/major fastest and make nodes and element identifiers change fastest in major direction

Dome ends on the network layout will instruct the tube network mesh to make rounded meshes which are spheroids in the xi space between the 2nd-to-end and end parameters on the network layout.
