Add an adapter for Copilot

[Copilot CLI](https://docs.github.com/en/copilot/reference/copilot-cli-reference/acp-server) haș ACP support in public preview, so supporting Copilot as an agent driver should be pretty straightforward. Happy to send a PR if this is something you're interested in!
