I keep getting this error on most of the videos I try to import. Is there a size limit? The only one that has worked so far is a shorter video with a file size of 472MB. Longer videos (file sizes 3-8 GB) give me this error message. If it's not file size then I don't know what the issue is.
This happens on the Mac App (v 1.1.8) and on the browser app (in Chrome).
