Description

@xfq

The following is a video review process for the working group's reference:

  1. Once you have a draft script and/or video, share it via an appropriate document/video sharing platform and add an item to the weekly meeting agenda asking people to give thoughts.
  2. Make any necessary changes and produce the video. If there are changes, share the draft video with the WG for review again.
  3. Produce the final video, ensuring that it includes:
  • Captions in the original language
  • Video chapters
  • One or more thumbnails if it's not a short video
  • Clear audio and visual quality
  • Appropriate W3C branding as needed
  1. Publish the final video to the appropriate hosting platform (e.g., YouTube).
  2. Ensure captions are uploaded in multiple languages where available, and publish the metadata and assets to this repository.
  3. Add the video to the appropriate page on the W3C i18n site.
  4. Announce the new video via the social media channels.
