rewrite everything when 0.2 is released

I will be looking forward to rewrite the contents of the whole repo because it is very outdated and needs to be written in a more organized format. What do you guys think? @vbrazo @dhonx @SvenPatrickMeier @StepfenShawn

You can use Docify or GitBook

That will generate the doc in HTML to the URL https://v-community.github.io/

I think it's an excellent idea. A "community" site isn't much good if nothing there works.
