Go2 EDU - MCU 192.168.123.1 not responding to ARP, need factory.zip firmware

Hi,

I have a Go2 EDU (International version) with a Jetson Orin Nano onboard computer.

Problem:
The motion control board (192.168.123.1) does not respond to any ARP requests and cannot be reached. This persists after multiple reboots and a factory reset attempt.

Diagnostics:

• eth0 physical link is UP (1Gbps, Link detected: yes)
• Jetson IP: 192.168.123.161/24
• ARP shows "incomplete" for 192.168.123.1
• tcpdump confirms ARP requests sent but zero replies received
• nmap scan shows only 192.168.123.161 on the subnet — MCU absent
• Serial ports ttyTHS0/3/4 show no output from MCU

Request:

1. Could you please provide the factory.zip firmware package for the Go2 EDU upgrade server? The file is missing from /upgradePythonServer/recover/ (only backup.zip exists).
2. Any MCU firmware recovery procedure would be greatly appreciated.
