Gemini is telling me that sync & offline use are paid Turso features... is this true?

I'm not finding anything here to confirm this claim, and it sounds a little user-hostile for a company that claims to be building things for "the community". Can anyone confirm that this claim is false?

The fact that "Replication & Sync" is only mentioned on the home page in relation to the cloud service does support the possibility of sync not being built into libSQL itself and not working in libSQL server. 🤔
