Migration script v3 to v4 pg to pg fails migrating data in a custom plugin

• Target Strapi version: 4.19.0
• Source Database: pg12
• Target Database: pg12
• Operating system: ubuntu 22
• Which script are you running: v3 to v4 postgres to postgres

Describe the bug

The migration script worked perfectly and migrated all my content types and its data, but didn't work on a custom comment plugin.
Actually it did made the relations and tables into the database but didn't fill with the data.
