The theoretical max TPS doc provides a rough guide of how to run the test (as in, it provides the exact command to run and a link to documentation for setting up EKS), but it does not explain why we recommend the options we do. We should expand the document to cover:
- An explanation of the various arguments we use, and why we use them.
- Recommendations for how frequently to run the test.
- A recommendation to always test the previous release along side the current one to tease apart the impact of SSC changes from stellar-core changes.
