request: repo 이름 변경

repo 이름에서 statgarten 이 드러나지 않는 것 같아요. rocker 같은 이름은 아니더라도 statgarten-docker 같이 (그냥 예시입니다.. ㅎㅎ) 바꾸는 건 어떨까요??
