How would I startup the netty server embedded? Are there examples?

I found the main class. Is it ok if I submit a pull request of the README.md with the example of how to embed the server.

I've actually been looking into how to handle forking for netty. For the time-being, I was just starting the server unforked. This was really helpful insight into how netty works. Thanks.
