After testing all 7 of the S5 bundled themes, only the "default", "dokuwiki" and "i18n" themes were fully functional with DokuWiki version "2014-05-05a" ("Ponder Stibbons"). The remaining 4 themes had either hidden (by the theme footer) or non-functioning (e.g., yatil theme) "Forward", "Back" and "Quit" icons.
They were tested on a iMac running OS X 10.9.4 using Safari 7.0.5 & Firefox 31.0.
