Can you please write more details about the issue? like what exclusion you are talking about.

we need to check if it's still valid, but I believe that when I created the issue, if the repositoriesToExclude property (that takes a list of regex patterns) wasn't defined in the config file, then nothing would get processed. It should be the other way around, ie all repositories of the organization should be processed
