[Documentation]: Table of Contents Missing in README.md #428

Description

@Tusshh

Problem statement

Description:
The current README.md file does not include a *Table of Contents (ToC). Adding a ToC will improve navigation, especially for longer READMEs with multiple sections such as *About Me, Skills, Projects, Achievements, Hacktoberfest Contributions, GitHub Stats, and Contact.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open the repository on GitHub.
  2. Navigate to the README.md file.
  3. Scroll through the file—no Table of Contents is present.

Expected Result:
A clear and clickable Table of Contents linking to all major sections of the README for easier navigation.

Actual Result:
No Table of Contents exists in the current README.md.

Priority: Medium

Labels: documentation, enhancement

Proposed solution

Suggested Solution:

  • Add a Table of Contents at the top of the README.
  • Ensure all headings (like ## About Me, ## Projects, etc.) are included with correct anchor links.
