[Bug] Making a call without the + region code (+44, +20 etc) Shows a +1 code.

Making a call with no region code (no +1, or +44, +20 code in my case)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Make a call with no region code (+20, etc)

Expected behavior
Should either check the region in which they are calling (Shown in Samsung Phones by default) or just not show the +1 default.

I remember think I myself add any prefixes. This is the system provided number but will see if there's an alternative way that I can extract it.
