Summary

The link for __wasi_clock_time_get (https://github.com/WebAssembly/WASI/blob/main/legacy/preview1/docs.md#clock_time_get) is now broken.

I don't know what the correct link should be. The function isn't present in that repository at all, and there's an issue to document it: WebAssembly/WASI#700
