Support for W5500 ethernet chip

Describe you new feature you'd like

i got a Waveshare ESP32-SE with onboard ethernet support.
Currently i'm not able to use the itergrated ethernet module, because it uses a w5500 ethernet chip.
I'd appreciate if this ethernet chip would be supported by the project.

Cool! I currently run ESPSomfy-RTS via Wi-Fi and notice very occasional Wi-Fi dips, I read more people have this issue. Aiming for a more reliable connection, hence I will also order the ESP32-S3-ETH including PoE module.
