Connecting lines

Demonstrate connecting lines between journal entries.

Intent:
To demonstrate that we an visually connect journal entries

ACs:

• Line must connect two nominated entries when they are both visible
• Line must connect one nominated entry to the top of the screen if connected to a previous, off screen entry
• Line must connect one nominated entry to the bottom of the screen if connected to a later, off screen entry

Later ACs:

• Line must connect to bottom of screen if there exists an initiating connection and no end connection yet
• Line must connect to top of screen if there exists a terminating connection and no recorded initiating connection
• Line must be able to connect not initiating or terminating entries as "related"
