Look into methods for automatically generating html docs from source code comments (doxygen) and automatically hosting documentation on the web on push/build (readthedocs, git hooks).

Another option is CDash, which has good integration with cmake and doxygen. Using a ctest script to automate testing and coverage could simplify our CMakelists a lot.
