Subject: [PATCH] fix: switch star history chart to the dera.page mirror
The star history chart currently embeds api.star-history.com, which is broken because GitHub's stargazer API restrictions make it return no data. Point the chart at the star-history.dera.page mirror, which uses a token-free data source and serves both the frontend and the chart image from the same domain. The wrapping link now uses the hash-based URL form.
