Please add mpvEx

Feature - supports Anime4k profile, advance features
Add vimu player for ~~ANDROID TV
Issues with current available players
internal player - shows source error for random links but same links can be played on mpv or vlc without issues
Mpv - not optimised for android tv, does not support dolby vision profile
Just,next - seeking issue ~ video restarts or does not seek
Vlc - does not support dolby vision profile, initial load takes time
Play in browser - no option for available players
Copy to clipboard - not feasible on android tv
