how to set badge top right corner of icon

hi there i am looking for customization of top right corner badge. If someone know how to do it please let me know

Guide? You make a repository on Github, you clone/checkout it on your PC, you copy the files of the project there, and then you commit&push.

i mean i want to create my own library. so every one easy to use.

That's in Android Studio. You choose "create new module" and then "android library", and put there the minimal code that all should be able to use. Try to use as minimal resources (images, strings, attributes...) as possible, and if they are required, add some unique prefix for each (meaning, for example, instead of "badge.png" use "badge_layout_library__badge.png" or something else) , so that whoever uses it will have a low chance of accidentally replace them .
