Just a question regarding weapon exports

Hello!
I am looking to export certain skins for specific weapons. I have looked around most places, but didn't find my specific skin. To give an example im looking for the "The Law Dispenser" skin for the Sentinel. I got to the common rpak's (common.rpak, common(1).rpak, ...) and found some of the skins but not my specific one. Am I looking in the wrong ones or am I doing something wrong?

Hi, sorry for the late response.

"The Law Dispenser" skin is part of the Model (mdl_) assets sentinel_lgnd_v20_cybercop_v.rmdl (view model) and sentinel_lgnd_v20_cybercop_w.rmdl (world model).

In the next version of RSX, there will be a feature called "Skin Finder" which will let you find the location of each skin of every weapon in the game in a single table.

I believe all weapon models should be in common.rpak. You won't need to load each patch version of common.rpak (i.e., common(01), common(02), etc.) as RSX will automatically load the right ones when you load the base common.rpak file.

Thank you, yes I found it after simply just testing out models until I found one that looked like it and guessed on which textures was associated and then did a little bit of blender material magic and voila!
