Hello,
First of all, thank you for sharing and maintaining this repository!
In the README it is written:
is compatible with SystemC versions from SystemC 2.3.1a.
As I tried it, I can assert that this is no more the case.
What is your plan? Would you be willing to continue supporting SystemC 2.3 for a little while longer? I saw a PR of Mark Burton (@markfoodyburton) who is already preparing the move to SystemC 4.
I ask that because the first application of QBox in my company could be to simulate QBox alongside with our EDA RTL simulator. And EDA vendors are not the fastest to migrate. I have already asked our EDA vendor to support SystemC 3, the answer was "not before 2027, and it is even not sure for 2027".
Today, I successfully ran the 'hello-qbox' example in our EDA tool by patching the QBox source code.
Best Regards,
Benoît
