🚀 The feature, motivation and pitch

Currently, ET users interact directly with the ET runtime, which in turn interacts with backends determined by the AoT process. Backend-specific configurations can only be changed during AoT or runtime build time, and users lack the ability to modify these configurations at runtime. This limitation prevents users from dynamically adjusting backend-specific settings during runtime.
