Problem
A new shared archive location was introduced (Pandore\COMMUN\CS_Banc_Caract_Pertes_T\), but no explicit governance exists for how repository artifacts and descriptors are updated there. This creates risk of accidental move/delete of folders or files.
Expected Outcome
A documented, enforced workflow defines ownership, update process, and safeguards for archive synchronization and descriptor maintenance.
Scope
In:
- Define archive synchronization process between repository outputs and the shared Pandore path.
- Define ownership/reviewer for archive updates.
- Define safeguards to prevent accidental move/delete.
Out: - Hardware modifications.
- Simulation model recalibration work.
Acceptance Criteria
- A written procedure is added in repository docs for updating
Pandore\COMMUN\CS_Banc_Caract_Pertes_T\. - At least one owner/reviewer role is identified for archive updates.
- A checklist or guardrails are provided to avoid move/delete mistakes.
