Support contact channels unclear

At https://osmand.net it is not really clear how to contact the support, e.g. if a user has problems with the app.

• Help for example doesn't list a clear contact channel but two answers contain the mail address support@osmand.net.
• The "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the website points to contactus@osmand.net instead.
• The website further lists Facebook, Twitter, GitHub and Google Groups although it is unclear which / if they can be used for support.
• There is also a Telegram group not mentioned on the website.

It should be made more clear which are official support channels and which are unofficial community-based support channels. Maybe add a FAQ entry or a separate support page on https://osmand.net.
