An n8n workflow can finish successfully and still put the wrong values in a client's Supabase rows.
I'm building Rewind to make those supported updates easier to undo. It saves the original values before a supported write, lets you review the change and approve recovery, and checks for later edits before restoring the row.
Rewind needs to be connected before the write. It currently supports captured row updates, not inserts or deletes, and can't recover unrecorded or pre-install damage. Approval queues recovery; the worker must run. Start with disposable data and verify the restored values in Supabase.
The capture workflow is available as a free n8n template. Rewind → Connect → n8n includes the setup guide, connector SQL, and matching capture and recovery workflows for a disposable test. Data handling and limits.
If you use n8n with Supabase and want help trying one disposable undo, reply here.
