Fieldname starting with an underscore is omitted from CSV download #39
Description
Data loaded with a fieldname that contains a leading underscore, i.e. "_coordinates" shows properly in the DataService: <d:_coordinates>... and the DataBrowser, but is omitted in the CSV that's generated for the download.
