Option to Save As on a public share link is confusing

Describe the bug

When sharing a document via an editable public link, the Collabora UI gives the option to Save As the document under a new name. This will, however, most likely fail, as the guest isn't allowed to write to the OpenCloud storage:

None of these options work.

Expected behavior

I think I wouldn't expect there to be a Save As on a public link.

Actual behavior

A user is being misled into thinking that they can Save As.
