Clean up documentation #7
Description
The documentation looks bland and is has some bugs.
- Go back through the doc comments to ensure accuracy of section definitions and titles
- Expound a little more in the section headings.
- Add examples where usage is not clear (flex, wcmx/wcmn, ct, ctr).
