What does this Pull Request accomplish?

AB#3649791

  • Allows the user to decide which "sequence" they want to publish rather than publishing both.
  • Switches the Publish Data VI to use a state machine design.

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

This makes the example more compact and readable.

What testing has been done?

I ran the example by hand using both sequences. The example functioned as expected.

@papowerNI @csjall I have the example open on mdsdemopc if you'd like to use that machine to take a look.
