Black lines and black text are not visible in Open Chromatin Illustration

Hi @ArtRand ,

Thanks for providing this documentation, but because of the transparent background in the illustration
any black lines and black text are not visible (unless monitor brightness is > 50%) when OS/browser are using Dark Mode, which renders GitHub in Dark Mode.

Will be providing a PR for this.
