Cannot compile with both -gh and -gv flags

Steps to reproduce this issue

Try to compile the project.

Current behavior

The fact that you have both HeapTRC and Valgrind debug options turned on will not compile on Lazarus 2.0.12 and FPC 3.2.2

Possible solution

I've disabled the Valgrind and it now compiles.
