1. SACTOR (engine/)

   This product bundles SACTOR ("Structure-Aware C to Rust Translator"),
   https://github.com/qsdrqs/sactor, Copyright the SACTOR authors, licensed
   under the Apache License, Version 2.0. The upstream license text is
   retained at engine/LICENSE.

   The vendored copy under engine/ has been MODIFIED for this benchmark. The
   substantive changes are in the translation prompt path (declaring the
   argv/stdin I/O convention to the prompt builder rather than inferring it
   from the C source) and in harness knobs used by the shipped configs
   (feedback, attempt limits and timeouts).

2. IBM Project CodeNet (CodeNet/)

   The dataset under CodeNet/ contains material derived from IBM
   Project CodeNet, https://github.com/IBM/Project_CodeNet, licensed under the
   Community Data License Agreement - Permissive - Version 2.0
   (https://cdla.dev/permissive-2-0/). Derived C sources are redistributed with
   their original content intact under new filenames. See CodeNet/README.md for
   provenance details and the split between derived and newly written problems.
