WinGet manifest resolution selects older version (15.1.1) despite newer manifests present

Brief description of your issue

When executing winget install nkdAgility.AzureDevOpsMigrationTools it returns 15.1.1 when previously it had retuned newer versions.

Indeed 15.1.1 is 28 versions ago and from 2 years ago. Over teh last 2 years the corect versin (the latest) has been consistantly returned unltill recently.

Why would an older version be returned?

For reference this is new behaviour and I was able to install newer versions than 15.1.1 over teh last 2 years.

I see exactly the same outdated versions (and not the expected 16.3.3) for:

So while my Microsoft Store was able to update the terminal, it did nothing about the versions for other apps. (Though winget should of course always see the latest versions.)

@MrHinsh Can you please check that you see the latest version of the terminal application? (I have upgraded my terminal through the Microsoft Store, so I cannot verify that it finds the latest version.)
