Use Integrated Browser for "Open In Browser"

Is this possible? Integrated Browser for many uses spares context switching. Tried these settings, but nothing worked. If possible, hope to know how.

This isn't possible today--we use vscode.env.openExternal to open the URL--but if you want you could create a feature request?
