[Suggestion] Set agc.reset.interval to not zero by default for PR1743 to work correctly

Since #1743 depends on agc.reset.interval variable to work, and it's zero by default, maybe it's worth setting to something else? Like 30 or 60. This way people will be able to flash the firmware and the AGC will work correctly out of the box, no knowledge of this needed.

The real question is how much packet loss is no agc reset causing 😉

agc reset was made as workaround for sx1262 agc lockup caused by out-of-band interference. you know when that happens, as your radio is mostly deaf. majority of repeaters do not have this problem.

I agree, but honestly. With SX1262 sometimes I have the feeling even if you aren't going deaf fully, you're still missing a lot of low power signals if you also have strong signals. 👀

setting it to 30 or 60 by default won't prevent it getting deaf and it will cause potential packet loss for everyone.

We won't set it to non-zero value for exactly the reasons I just mentioned.

Then document it at least, so the patch from #1743 has a chance to work? I know about it because I was testing it extensively, but this knowledge is far from universal.
Maybe in patchnotes for version 1.14 or somewhere obvious for users?
